Description: UDP is for auto underwriters to automate and generate the caution letter for their customers. This is key development application for entire P&C (Property and Casualty) account and I am part of this project since from Feb 2009. We started this project with 12 offshore developers and I am leading this project as an onshore technical lead. This project follows the agile iteration approach and we have 3 weeks for each sprint. This project built with advanced J2EE technologies using JSF/Ajax/Facelets/Richfaces/IFaces for UI. We used extensively IBM rational suite for this project.

The resulting BA Direct look and feel is inconsistent, causing segmentation in product delivery, increased user training and support efforts and decreased customer perception as a leading Treasury industry product.  Enhance current platform to standardize BA Direct User Interface across Payment, Receipts, Treasury, Image, Notifications, Administration, My Profile, Tools and Audit Log applications, The enhancement must successfully integrate all “In Scope” applications into one consistent platform look and feel.
