This is key development application for entire P&C (Property and Casualty) account and I am part of this project since from Feb 2009. We started this project with 12 offshore developers and I am leading this project as an onshore technical lead. This project follows the agile iteration approach and we have 3 weeks for each sprint. This project built with advanced J2EE technologies using JSF/Ajax/Facelets/Richfaces/IFaces for UI. We used extensively IBM rational suite for this project.
